Our next meeting is on Thursday, November 21 from 6:30 to 8PM at the Manatee Recreation Center Biscayne Room. We will be discussing the people of the Holy Roman Empire Era (800-1517).
Theologians: Symeon and Gregory of Narek.
Scholastic Theologians: Alcuin, Rabanus Maurus, Irnerius, Gebert, Anselm, Peter Abelard, Peter Lombard, Roger Bacon, Albert the Great, and Thomas Aquinas.
Humanists: Manuel Chrysoloras, Marcelo Ficino, and Lorenzo di Valla.
